Regrettably, the Inn at
Blackbeard's Castle is no longer accepting individual
guest room rental bookings. They advise seeking

Caribbean Pirate experience.
Real pirates sailed the
Caribbean and the legendary Blackbeard called the old
stone tower, Skytsborg Tower of 1679, part of the old
Fort Skytsborg, his home. It is said Blackbeard used the
tower as his lookout. There are walking tours of the
Castle grounds which include the Haagensen houst and
Villa Notman. The tower has excellent views of the town
of Charlotte Amalie and the harbor are excellent. Self
guided and unguided tours are available. Weddings are
held at the Castle and offer an exciting and unusual
break from traditional wedding venues.
