meal comes with a selection of up to 265 wines from a
temperature-controlled wine room with over 100 bottles
of wine. This restaurant is open all week in the high
season and four nights in fall, spring and summer. The
stone and coral walls of an 18th century sugar mill and
an exotic menu create an intriguing dining experience.
The Equator Restaurant offers a panoramic view of Caneel
Bay and gorgeous sunsets. The Equator Restaurant's menu
includes its specialty seafood and grilled meat
selections prepared in the Caribbean style. the Caneel
Beach Terrace and Caneel Bay Bar serve savory lunch
buffets that meet the needs of health conscious diners.
