Mahogany Run Golf Course
St Thomas is home to the
famous Mahogany Run Golf which opened in 1980. A
challenging golf course built by the Fazio brothers. The
well laid out 18 holes offer excellent and distracting
views of the Atlantic Ocean. The course is over 6,000
yards long and includes a 3 hole section near the ocean
shore called the devils triangle. These three tough
holes (13th, 14th and 15th) are perched on a seaside
cliff. Golfers must hit over the Atlantic Ocean and
swirling winds to reach the greens.

Carambola Golf Club
Golf in a tropical paradise and
the Carambola Golf and Country Club in
St Croix
Virgin Islands. Carambola's well-groomed 18 hole
championship course is nestled among hills with
spectacular scenery including lush vegetation, palm
trees and sculpted bunkers and water hazards. This
course was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., and
built by Laurance Rockefeller. The course received Golf
Magazine's Gold Medal award.
The Buccaneer Golf Course
Located in the city of
Christiansted, St Croix, on the shores of the Beauregard
Bay the highly rated
Buccaneer
Golf Course is a picturesque
course offering reasonable rates for 18 or 9 hole play.
You can even join a club pro for a walk of the course
and get free tips. It was designed in the early 1970s by
PGA professional Bob Joyce, the par 70, 6000 yard,
Buccaneer will requires golfers to use all the clubs in
their bag. You can see the Caribbean sea from 13 of the
course's fairways and greens.
